The crash occurred around 1:35 p.m. Sunday on the Litchfield Turnpike (Route 202), said Connecticut State Trooper Kelly Grant.
According to Grant, Paul Padua and Theresa Kochiss-Padua, both of Norfolk in Litchfield County, were traveling eastbound on a 2014 Harley Davidson when a bear ran in front of them, hitting the motorcycle.
Both received minor injuries and were transported to Danbury Hospital for treatment.
The bear ran from the area.
